Trap pests
Pest trapping
By trapping pests on your property you will be helping New Zealand to become predator-free and welcoming the birds back into our community. Trapping these pests is easy and rewarding to do and the guides below will give you all the basics you need to get started. Our traps are provided on a library basis and may be requested to be returned for use by others. In order to measure progress, it is important that we gather data on the dates that pests are caught.
Check out our event calendar for upcoming trap handout events.
